Money Back / Refunds Policy
Returns and Exchanges can be initiated within 30 days of your purchase in order to qualify for our money back guarantee. Product must have original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) will be required for returns or exchanges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Note, we cannot grant our money back guarantee to items that have been discounted via a discount code at checkout; and thus, do not accept returns of such items.
Returned items are not opened at our facility, but rather by an independent third party trained to handle environmental waste, retrieve purchaser's personal identification information from the returned packages and process a credit to the consumer.
HOW TO INITIATE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
In order to return an item, you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Shipments that are returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate a refund or exchange, please go to the Returns Center.
Please note that orders in transit cannot be canceled and a refund cannot be initiated until the item has been returned and inspected. Furthermore, we cannot offer a refund via our money back guarantee to items that have been discounted through the use of a coupon code; thus, we do not accept returns or offer a money back for such transactions.
REFUND PROCESS AND METHOD OF REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If return/exchange is approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, PayPal) within 10 business days.
